David Larsen, Congressional Candidate for New Jersey’s 7th District recently addressed attendees of a seminar hosted by the New Jersey Taxpayers’ Association. The seminar, featuring two topics: How to File a Property Tax Appeal and Understanding Municipal and School Budgets, was presented on Tuesday, February 28th at the Morris County Library in Whippany, NJ. Candidate Larsen shared his motivations for running for Congress as well as his position on taxes, spending and the National debt.
Chris Rogers, President of the New Jersey Taxpayers’ Association said, “I was glad to have the opportunity to present our membership and other seminar attendees with a chance to meet Mr. Larsen and listen to his views regarding tax reform in America. Personally, I am very encouraged to see a successful business person who would like to go to Washington D.C. to fix a broken system. All too often, career politicians from both parties are more concerned about getting re-elected instead of getting results for the taxpayers they represent.”
Mr. Larsen is also scheduled to address members of the Basking Ridge Tea Party on Monday, March 5th, from 7 – 9 pm at the Basking Ridge Library. The event is free and open to the public. All residents are encouraged to attend.
